Our client are looking to appoint a Customer Support Manager to be the link between aftersales queries from the customer and the wider business. The role will involve lots of communication with external customers, advancing the company as first-choice supplier, and internal manufacturing personnel. As Customer Support Manager you must act proactively at all times, carrying out your duties in a professional and courteous manner and provide customers with regular updates on their queries. You will be the central point of contact to answer aftersales queries. It is important you have prior experience in customer support, sales, projects or contracts focused roles.Â

- Prior experience in dealing with customers via telephone and email
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills and experience
- High level of communication skills, both internal and external
- A confident personality as you will be the first point of contact for the business
- Good IT skills
