Key Responsibilities:

Use of SystmOne for daily admin tasks

Maintaining accurate patient records, updating details on the database

Medical terminology knowledge for correspondence and records
-
Handling LTC invites and recalls, QOF
-
Coding via Pinnacle
-
Scanning and filing documents
-
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Requirements:
-
Previous experience as a Medical Secretary or similar role
-
Good working knowledge of SystmOne
-
Able to hit the ground running and work independently
