GSL Education are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher to support schools in Cleethorpes, where nurturing the potential of every child is at the heart of the curriculum.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative KS1 Teacher who can bring engaging and structured learning to young learners. You will be delivering high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum, ensuring all pupils thrive in a supportive environment.

As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, your responsibilities will be:

  • Deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 1 pupils across a range of subjects
  • Track and assess pupil progress to inform planning and interventions
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members and parents to support pupil development
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Maintain accurate records in line with school policies
  • Promote positive behaviour and adhere to safeguarding practices

KS1 Teacher Requirements:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (including placements for ECTs)
  • Sound knowledge of the KS1 national curriculum
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A valid enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
