RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a team of 3-6 direct reports.
- Utilize analytics to understand cross-channel marketing effectiveness.
- Measure the impact of global marketing activities to drive business growth.
- Develop marketing mix models and econometrics, implementing insights for marketing strategies.
- Deliver accurate analysis and communicate findings to drive business change.
- Manage diverse projects, collaborating with external consultancies and internal teams.
- Identify improvement opportunities and advocate data-driven decision-making.
- Share best practices and upskill the team.
- Create cross-channel data frameworks for marketing investments and targeting decisions.
- Provide audience insights to inform marketing planning and campaign briefs.
EXPERIENCE:
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Strong data extraction, manipulation, and cleansing abilities.
- Good understanding of marketing mix and experience with various channels.
- Skilled in interpreting complex data and generating actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling.
- Excellent customer awareness and commercial acumen.
- Strong stakeholder and portfolio management skills.
- Knowledge of Tableau/PowerBI, Adobe Analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Preferred experience in various marketing channels.
