Job Type: Temp to Perm
Shifts (Double Days – Alternating Every 2 Weeks):
Early Shift:
- Monday to Thursday: 5:50am – 2:00pm
- Friday: 5:50am – 11:20am
Late Shift:
- Monday to Thursday: 1:30pm – 10:00pm
- Friday: 11:10am – 4:40pm

Key Responsibilities for Machine Operator
- Operate as part of a production team to maintain smooth workflow
- Learn and support the entire production process from start to finish
- Assist with skilled tasks: soft turning, heat treating, grinding, milling, and polishing
- Manufacture ball bearings for high-profile clients in the aviation industry (e.g., planes and helicopters)
- Ensure precision and quality in all aspects of production
- Follow detailed instructions and strict manufacturing policies
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times
