An established, family-run precision engineering company is seeking a CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operator.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in programming, setting, and operating 3 and 4 axis CNC mills with Heidenhain control.
This role demands a high level of technical expertise to convert engineering drawings into high-quality machined components.
The position offers a basic 38-hour workweek with flexible hours, and an hourly rate ranging from £17 to £20 depending on experience.

CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to be part of an established, family run, precision engineering company.

Ideally the candidate will have proven experience in programming, setting and operating 3 and 4 axis CNC mills with a Heidenhain control.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise and precision to transform engineering drawings into high quality machined components.

Hours and Pay

Your hours will be a basic of 38-hour week, working Monday-Thursday 07.30-16.15 hrs, Friday 07.30-12.30. (However, hours can be flexible with longer working hours to spread work over 4 days.)
Overtime as and when required - 4 hours at basic rate + 1/3, 5+ hours at rate of ½ and Sundays a rate of double pay.
Hourly rate depending on experience - £17 – 20 per hour
