- Support the design and development of electrical control systems and instrumentation.
- Assist in resolving engineering issues by identifying effective technical solutions.
- Contribute to project planning, manage individual work priorities, and monitor task progress.
- Ensure systems comply with safety standards, modular design principles, and industry regulations.
- Assist in the creation and review of technical documentation including manuals and service instructions.
- Participate in factory and field testing and provide technical support during system commissioning.
- Engage in continuous improvement activities and adopt new tools and technologies under guidance.
- HND or Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls, or a related engineering discipline.
- Some experience in PLC/HMI programming (e.g., ladder logic, structured text).
- Understanding of electrical schematics, PID loops, and P&ID diagrams.
- Awareness of industry standards (e.g., EN/UL61010, EN60204, EN61326-1, SIL/EN61508).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- 5+ years of experience in a similar engineering role.
- Experience in regulated industries and familiarity with risk assessment techniques (HAZOP, FMEA).
- Exposure to web development tools (HTML5, JavaScript, ASP) is an advantage.
