Exclusive opportunity for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor for a very lucrative location and successful client working from Clevedon.
We seek a candidate with 10 years + experience as a M&E Quantity and ideally a relevant education path
This is a new position; this individual will be joining an already existing elite commercial team who will play a pivotal role within an already leading M&E company working on exciting projects upto 20m
You will be responsible for:
- Managing/Negotiation of Sub-Contract packages
- Produce monthly commercial reports
- Monthly financial reviews
- Support Preconstrution
- Cash flow forecasting
- Dispute resolution
- Validation of Contracts
- Procurement
- To agree and resolve final accounts
- Manage and implementation the insurances for the work packages
- Cost value reconciliations and the variation's procedures
- Risk and opportunity management procedures
- Attend meetings
