In this role you would be responsible for designing projects and consulting clients from project start to finish, utilising CAD software to design mechanical/HVAC systems for buildings, estimating costs and presents ideas to clients.

The ideal Building Services Engineer would be a Chartered Engineer, coming from a design engineering background, with the ability to design, plan and consult projects using CAD software for clients from start to completion.

The Role:

  • Designing projects to completion
  • Using CAD to design mechanical/HVAC systems
  • Using practical problems solving skills

The Person:

  • Experience in Building Services Engineering and Design
  • Charted Engineer
  • Experience with CAD software Autodesk/Revit or similar software
  • A degree in Engineering/Building Services Design Engineering or equivalent
