In this role you would be responsible for designing projects and consulting clients from project start to finish, utilising CAD software to design mechanical/HVAC systems for buildings, estimating costs and presents ideas to clients.
The ideal Building Services Engineer would be a Chartered Engineer, coming from a design engineering background, with the ability to design, plan and consult projects using CAD software for clients from start to completion.
The Role:
- Designing projects to completion
- Using CAD to design mechanical/HVAC systems
- Using practical problems solving skills
The Person:
- Experience in Building Services Engineering and Design
- Charted Engineer
- Experience with CAD software Autodesk/Revit or similar software
- A degree in Engineering/Building Services Design Engineering or equivalent
