Order Processing Administrator

Full time- 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday

We are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic individual who will be a vital contributor in the day-to-day operation of the processing and manufacturing department in our Head Office in Clevedon. The ideal candidate would have excellent attention to detail, technically minded, and have a can-do attitude towards all aspects of the job. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who has an interest in the industry, as well as develop administration skills.

Role Overview

To plan, check and process orders that are received by branches across the South West, as well as Trade customers, as well as deliver great customer service and ensure all orders are processed accordingly. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritise workload on urgency, as well as remain calm under pressure when issues arise.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders using First Degree’s Window Designer software
  • Answer general and technical queries from branches and trade customers
  • Order products from external suppliers
  • Organise paperwork ready to be sent to manufacturing
  • Liaising with external suppliers and factory staff
  • General office administration
