Summary:
We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established engineering company to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records in line with company and regulatory standards. You will play a key part in supporting business operations by ensuring efficient account processes and collaborating closely with managers and colleagues across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate sales ledger records and ensure invoices are correctly processed
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve invoice or account queries
- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration
- Support the Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required
Ideal Candidate
- Holds an AAT qualification or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Accurate and detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Professional, reliable, and accountable in handling financial information
