- Lead Verification & Test (V&T) activities across a variety of engineering projects, from initial planning to final sign-off.
- Develop robust V&T plans for systems, modules, and subassemblies, aligned with engineering standards and project goals.
- Verify that designs meet specifications through calculations, simulations, and physical testing.
- Ensure test results and activities are accurately documented and meet internal quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, resolve engineering issues, and ensure delivery milestones are met.
- Influence project direction through technical expertise, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to other V&T Engineers, helping build a strong, capable team.
- Contribute to the development of verification and validation best practices across the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in verification and test engineering in a related sector.
- Proven ability to understand complex technical requirements and communicate effectively with engineers and project stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
- Working knowledge of INCOSE / ISO15288 Systems Engineering standards.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., semiconductor, aerospace, or medical device manufacturing).
- Familiarity with standards such as EN 61511, SEMI S2/S10, HAZOP, LOPA, FMEA, and functional safety.
- Formal accreditations in V&V or Systems Engineering.
- Practical understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and dependability management.
- Registered Incorporated Engineer (or working towards professional registration).
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally on occasion.
