AOI Technician

The responsibilities of the AOI Technician will include:

• Operating 2D and 3D AOI machines to inspect PCB assemblies
• Validating first-off and full batch builds against IPC and J-STD standards (Levels 2 & 3)
• Documenting inspection results and process faults
• Interfacing with engineers for inspection feedback and process improvements
• Reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings for orientation and build conformance
• Recording production data using computer-based systems

We are looking for an AOI Technician who:

• Has experience with AOI equipment and a strong eye for detail
• Understands and can work to IPC standards
• Is comfortable reading technical drawings
• Has experience working in a manufacturing or electronics environment
• Is proactive, adaptable, and committed to quality
• Bonus if you have experience with AOI programming, SMT rework, or X-ray inspection
