The Recruitment Group are looking for a Production Operator to join our Client in Clitheroe.  We are looking for a Production Operator who has got manufacturing / press operating experience.  If you are interested in the Production Operator role then please read below:

 

Pay:  £12.87 increasing to £14.80 after 12 weeks

 

Shifts:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm – rotating shifts

 

Role Summary

To assemble, press and wash components to manufacture valves, cans and components using automated production equipment within the CMF and Valve Assembly department, maintaining a safe working environment and GMP standards.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Adhere to site regulations working safely and complying with all company safe working practices and procedures
  • Complete all paperwork in real time, accurately and legibly and in line with the company GMP procedures and policy
  • Carry out safety checks and maintain a high standard of safety and housekeeping
  • Report all quality issues to the Production Leader/Group Leader immediately
  • Ensure a thorough and effective daily handover to include current setup and running status, using the Tier 1 process.
  • To display behaviors linked to our Client’s PRECISE values.
  • Continuous monitoring of machines during production
  • Working to specific and detailed written instructions
  • Adhere to mandatory site policies

 

Qualifications

  • Some manufacturing and /press operating experience would be beneficial
  • VA Operator – experience in automation / assembly would be advantageous, but not essential
