My clients are currently searching for a fresh food/multi rosette experienced CDP Pastry chef to become an integral part of this award-winning gastro pub in the Ribble Valley
The gastro offers a high standard of food at an award-winning level and produces much of its own produce and has a real Farm to fork philosophy. All other food will be grown or sourced locally and the menu utilising the best of local seasonal produce available. This is in turn complemented by excellent non- intrusive service.
Pastry chef skills required:
Experience with working with all fresh food (multi rosette awarded ideally)
Right attitude
Passion for food
Flair & Passion for all things Pastry!
