My client is currently searching for a multi rosette/Michelin star experienced ambitious Head chef to run and take forward this kitchen in the Ribble Valley area
All candidates must have the highest standards and experience -Rosette /Michelin
Key points needed for this Head Chef role
Create a tantalising menu using all seasonal produce grown on site
Training of Brigade
Financial management of the kitchen hitting gps etc....
Work closely with the Owner to further push the business forward.
Must have a solid 3 rosette or Michelin star experience to considered
