We are currently recruiting a site manager with highways and civils out experience to join an established construction and civil engineering contractor in Clitheroe.

Responsibilities

Define the project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables, in consultation with the client and other stakeholdersEstablish and maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, health, and environment standardsDevelop and maintain a detailed project plan, and monitor and control the project progress, performance, and risksManage the project budget and resources, and ensure timely and accurate invoicing and reportingCommunicate and coordinate with the project team, the client, and other consultants, throughout the project lifecyclePrepare and present regular project updates and reports, highlighting achievements, issues, and recommendationsLead and facilitate the resolution of any problems or conflicts that may arise during the projectEnsure the delivery of the project outcomes, meeting or exceeding the client's expectations and satisfactionYou will be responsible for leading and delivering high-quality projects for our clients, from inception to completion.
