Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate office activities.
- Maintain office systems, records, and procedures.
- Support HR functions, including recruitment and staff onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Raise bills, reconciling receipts to client accounts on Xero
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments
- Provide general administrative support to the finance and operations teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Xero)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- This is a site based role with some travel to another office in North Manchester
