Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate office activities.
  • Maintain office systems, records, and procedures.
  • Support HR functions, including recruitment and staff onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Raise bills, reconciling receipts to client accounts on Xero
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance and operations teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Xero)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • This is a site based role with some travel to another office in North Manchester
