Production Operator
Locations: Tonypandy (CF40 2XX) OR Blackmill (CF35 6EQ)
Salary: From £12.24 per hour
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Shift Patterns
- Rotating Shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm
- Night Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am (shift allowance applies)
- Monday to Friday only – no weekend working

A Day in the Life…
Your day as a Production Operator might include:
- Starting your shift with a team briefing and safety checks
- Operating simple (remove simple) production machinery (after full training)
- Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
- Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe
- Completing basic paperwork and production records
- Working closely with colleagues to meet daily production targets
- Finishing your shift knowing exactly what you’ve achieved
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment (food or packaging preferred but not essential)
- Ability to follow instructions and work to standard operating procedures
- Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
- A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
