In this role, you will analyse data on housing operations, tenant engagement, and asset performance to support strategic initiatives and improve services.The ideal candidate will use their analytical expertise to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, ensuring our housing services are efficient, tenant-focused, and sustainable.What you'll need to succeed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
