Are you a Junior CNC Machinist with a background in CNC Turning or similar, looking for training (milling and programming), a bonus, set shifts and optional overtime?
Join manufacturing business in Coalville, producing metallic and non-metallic components for a range of engineering industries. You'll work alongside an experienced team, learning from skilled CNC professionals in a modern, well-equipped machine shop.
In this role, you'll receive full training in CNC programming and milling. Once trained, you'll set and operate CNC lathes and milling machines, use precision measuring tools, and support the wider machine shop as needed. You'll also benefit from a bonus scheme, set shifts, and optional overtime.
This role would suit a Junior CNC Machinist with a background in CNC Turning, looking for training in CNC Milling and programming.
The Role:
* Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines
* Work from engineering drawings to tight tolerances
* Use precision measuring tools (verniers, micrometers, gauges)
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
* Support the Machine Shop team with additional tasks as required
The Person:
* CNC Machinist with a background in CNC Turning or similar
* Commutable to Coalville
