We have two exciting opportunities for one Technical Operator (days) and one Technical Operator (nights) to join a warehousing depot based in Coalville.

The purpose of the role is to ensure reliable and efficient running of the machines at the Coalville depot. You will be the first line response for breakdowns and work with the National Technical Dept to ensure that the installation is regularly maintained.

Salary:

  • £30,000 (days) to £34,000 (nights), working on 4 on 4 off shift pattern 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

Planned / Preventative Maintenance

  • Working with the National Technician to lead the planning of regular maintenance
  • Execute the maintenance plans of the technical installation
  • Contribute recommendations for improvements of the machine installation including decreasing costs, consumption, increasing efficiency and working safely
  • Align with the depot management to ensure minimal disruption to operation

KPIs

  • Installation downtime
  • Washing production
  • Washing quality
  • Maintenance costs
