Looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading maintenance contractor in North West Leicestershire on a large Day to Day repairs contract

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead social housing day-to-day repairs and maintenance projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules for repair works.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of operatives and subcontractors for reactive and planned repair tasks.
  • Oversee contract administration for repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, regulations, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, within social housing repairs and maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams involved in responsive repairs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including residents.
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling software and tools.
