Looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading maintenance contractor in North West Leicestershire on a large Day to Day repairs contract
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead social housing day-to-day repairs and maintenance projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules for repair works.
- Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of operatives and subcontractors for reactive and planned repair tasks.
- Oversee contract administration for repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, within social housing repairs and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams involved in responsive repairs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including residents.
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling software and tools.
