HR Admin Assistant

Location: Stenson Road, LE67 4JP
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 14.42  per hour

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide effective administrative support across various HR functions.

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR documents and records.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and meetings as required.

  • Manage and update HR databases with employee information and documentation.

  • Support the HR team in compliance and regulatory requirements.

  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Person Specification

  • Proficient in using a range of IT software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and bespoke software programs.

  • Demonstrable experience in providing comprehensive administrative support.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.
