Your new roleAs a Technology Analyst, you'll play a key role in assessing and optimising the IT systems, identifying opportunities for innovation, and implementing solutions that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our technology aligns with business goals and supports the evolving needs of our communities. What you'll need to succeed

  • Analyse and assess current IT infrastructure, including housing management systems and tenant portals.
  • Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements or new technologies.
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
  • Support system integration, optimisation, and vendor evaluations.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and data protection regulations.
  • Assist in managing digital transformation projects from planning to implementation.
  • Provide user training and first-line support to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
