Manpower are pleased to bring an exciting opportunity to market, having been retained on behalf of one of our prestigious partners, a well-known group and historical brand within the industry. They are currently looking to engage a customer service / supply chain coordinator to support the team. This key role connects Sales, Customer Service, and Production to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and without disruption.

The role

As a central point of contact, you will be responsible for balancing supply and demand across multiple manufacturing sites. You'll coordinate production schedules, manage inter-site production transfers, and ensure any changes are communicated effectively to both customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with Sales and Customer Service teams to forecast demand and align production plans.
  • Coordinate production across multiple sites to balance capacity and maintain service levels.
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers regarding supply or schedule changes.
  • Analyse demand and production data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide reports and insights to support strategic planning.

Skills & experience

  • Background in demand planning, supply chain coordination, or production scheduling within manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes within packaging.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation and reporting experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
