Warehouse Supervisor
Location:Â Coalville, Leicestershire
Job Type:Â Full-time
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee stock control and supervise warehouse operations at a company called Premier Logistics in Coalville, Leicestershire. This role is ideal for someone confident in leading a team, managing inventory, and ensuring high standards are maintained across the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and allocating daily tasks across picking, packing, goods-in and dispatch
* Overseeing stock accuracy, cycle counts and inventory checks
* Using WMS systems to record and track stock movements (experience with Clarus or SAP is an advantage)
* Monitoring team performance and providing training and ongoing support
* Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, safe and compliant
* Managing dispatch operations to ensure orders are sent out accurately and on time
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
About You:
* Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or stock-focused role
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Confident working in a fast-paced environment
* Forklift experience is desirable but not essential
* Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
