We are a specialist provider of payments hardware, software and services for the retail, hospitality and infrastructure sectors, providing the backbone to our customers’ secure payments strategy.


Every time you make a payment in a shop, restaurant, pub or supermarket in the UK, there’s a good chance it will be made on a payment device we’ve supplied.


As Despatch Technician you will be responsible for loading software on to payment devices and configuring customer specific settings, communicating with the internal sales team, picking, despatch, booking in, stock-taking and stock management duties. 


To be successful you will also have:

  • An excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be able to follow procedures correctly
  • Be a good communicator both verbally and written - this includes a good email etiquette
  • Enjoy working in a team environment and have a flexible approach
  • The ability to react quickly in a busy environment to ensure that our customer’s needs are met

Have a GCSE or equivalent in English, Mathematics and/or IT grade 4 and above


Be willing to undergo a DBS (criminal record) check and credit check


Standard hours of work are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday with occasional voluntary overtime.
