A client within the Public Sector based in the East Midlands is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Housing Asset Management Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a housing maintenance and refurbishment environment.The RoleKey purpose of the role is to focus on post-inspection checks of works completed for the council by contractors, ensuring they meet required standards.
