Location: Coalville

Shifts: Double Days (Monday-Friday)

Salary: Up to 47,000 (with structured pay progression)

Are you an electrically biased Multi-Skilled Engineer looking to join a forward-thinking manufacturing company with strong investment in its people and plant?

We're currently supporting a well-established manufacturer in Coalville who are looking to add an experienced and proactive Maintenance Engineer to their growing team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across the site

  • Electrical fault-finding and repairs on production equipment

  • Supporting installation and improvement projects

  • Working closely with production to minimise downtime



What we're looking for:

  • Time-served or qualified in Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

  • Strong electrical fault-finding skills (PLCs, motors, sensors, etc.)

  • Basic mechanical understanding (conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics)

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

  • A proactive approach and good team player
