Are you an experienced Welder/Fabricator looking for a secure, full-time role with structured shifts and long-term stability?

Join a well-established manufacturer with over 40 years' experience producing machinery for the mining, quarrying and recycling industries.

You will MIG weld mild steel components (3-25mm) to 2mm tolerances, carrying out multi-run and positional welds (vertical/overhead). The role also includes general fabrication from engineering drawings within a small, skilled workshop team.

This position is ideal for a MIG Welder/Fabricator seeking stability, excellent benefits and a 4-day working week.

The Role

• MIG weld mild steel (3-25mm) to 2mm
• Perform multi-run, vertical and overhead welds
• Work from engineering drawings
• General fabrication using hand tools and workshop equipment
• Maintain quality, safety and housekeeping standards
• PM Shift: Monday to Thursday

The Person

• MIG Welder/Fabricator or similar
• Commutable to Coalville
