We're hiring Production Operators to join a well-established manufacturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role with excellent pay, benefits and career progression.
The role:
Working on a weekly rotating shift pattern:
Early shift: Mon-Thu 6am-2pm, Fri 6am-4pm
Back shift: Mon-Thu 2pm-10pm, Fri off
Supporting production processes to meet quality and output targets
Operating machinery and equipment (full training provided)
Ensuring safety, quality and housekeeping standards are maintained at all times

15.16 per hour (including shift allowance)

What we're looking for:
Previous experience in manufacturing or production would be an advantage, but not essential - full training will be provided
Strong work ethic, reliability and a willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
