Berry Recruitment is looking for an experienced Administrator.
Contract until 31st of December 2025 with possibility to extension or secure a permanent role.
Work Pattern - Hybrid (initially in the office for the training period. )
Pay 12.60 an hour (weekly pay)
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours a week.
Key responsibilities:
- Receive and process SARs & FOIs in a timely manner, ensuring compliance and legal deadlines.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather requested data and supporting documentation.
- Conduct thorough responses to SARs & FOIs, ensuring you have included any necessary redactions/explanations.
- Collaborate with internal and external legal advisors to address complex legal and health inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in data protection, or administrative roles.
- Understanding of data protection regulations, such as GDPR.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Capability to manage multiple pieces of work simultaneously and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to adjustments in process and procedures in response to changes in data protection regulations.
