Connect Appointments is looking for a confident and driven Sales Agent to join our client's high-performing team in Eurocentral.
What's on offer?
- A full-time permanent job
- Working 5 days per week
- Base salary of 23,000 p/annum
- OTE of up to 40,000 p/annum
Working as a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Contacting warm leads for sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Drive customer satisfaction to ensure customer's calls and queries are managed effectively and efficiently
- Promoting the range of services offered by the company - depending on the customers needs
- Take ownership of admin tasks whilst making recommendations for service improvements
To be successful in this Sales Agent role, you will ideally have previous experience in a sales and/or customer service environment. Combined with the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels
- The ability to engage well with customers
- Collaborative and works well as part of a great team
- Experience with Microsoft packages
