About your new company

My client is a fleet maintenance company with depots across the UK. Due to their continued success, they are now looking for a skilled Workshop Supervisor to join their ever-growing team. The role would be 80% of the time on the tools and 20% Supervising the workshop and completing paperwork.

About your new Workshop Supervisor role


Support managers in optimizing workshop operations, repairs, staffing, and downtime.
Ensure compliance with standards, EHS laws, and company policies.
Maintain safety, stock levels, accurate paperwork, and efficient processes.
Deliver excellent service, identify opportunities, and meet goals.
Complete required training and uphold health & safety at all times

The successful Workshop Supervisor will require


You will have an in-depth knowledge of commercial vehicles and HGV trailers
Hold an HGV licence Class 1 (desirable but not essential)
Be a fully qualified HGV Trailer Technician with City & Guilds / NVQ level 3 in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair or time served
