Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Glasgow based – Covering 4 venues across the city centre, G2 3JD
Salary: ÂŁ15 per hour
Hours: Around 30 hours per week (flexible shifts)
You will be covering Berlinkys, Bunker, Kokomo and Bamboo – some of Glasgow’s most exciting entertainment venues, delivering unforgettable nights out in the heart of the city.
To keep our spaces in top shape, we’re looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning operations across all four venues.

As our Cleaning Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring our venues are spotless and well-maintained.
- Leading a team and working on the ground yourself, setting high standards, ensuring each venue is clean, safe, and ready for guests.
- Recruiting, training, and managing the cleaning team.
- Working across four venues, ensuring cleaning standards are upheld.
- Submitting staff hours and oversee scheduling.
- Ordering and managing cleaning supplies.
- Completing and submitting daily/weekly checklists to ensure all tasks are completed.
- Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Cleaning or Supervisory Experience – You’ve managed cleaning operations before and know how to lead a team effectively.
- Attention to Detail – You take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Organisational Skills – You can juggle schedules, supplies, and checklists without breaking a sweat.
- Hands-On Approach – You’re ready to work alongside the team when needed.
- Reliability & Commitment – You take ownership of your role and ensure the job gets done right.
