Transport/Fleet Compliance ManagerBased at Coatbridge£45,000 - £50,000 pa + excellent benefitsWe need a self-motivated CPC Transport/Fleet Compliance Manager with strong leadership qualities, needed to take overall compliance responsibility for a time sensitive busy operation. Managing over 130 fleet. This is a fantastic opportunity for a logistics professional that is a natural leader to make a difference. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing this busy fleet on a day-to-day basis; co-ordinating the time-sensitive transport operation to ensure compliance across all functions.
- Planning the operation to ensure targets and stringent time restraints are met.
- Continuously improve operational and financial efficiencies.
- Delivering the P&L; preparing and analysing weekly and monthly reports and ensuring the information is accurate.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE and HR.
Key Skills/Experience:
- A strong attention to detail.
- Strong planning and organising proficiencies.
- Confident and articulate communication abilities.
- Must have a CPC.
- Highly developed people management and delegation skills. With the ability to develop individual team members to their full potential.
- Excellent IT skills.
