The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality engineering services and implement innovative strategies to improve productivity.

Description
- Leading and managing the Engineering & Manufacturing team.
- Developing and implementing engineering strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Overseeing the delivery of engineering services and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve company objectives.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation specifically within automation.
- Managing budgets and resources effectively.
Profile
A successful Engineering Manager should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in a managerial role within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- A track record of implementing successful engineering strategies.
- Excellent budgeting and resource management skills.
