Kenneth Brian Associates are excited to be recruiting for a fast paced and dynamic client based in Leatherhead. Our client is looking for a switched on and numerate Administrator who holds the ability to multitask and get stuck in to help where needed. This role will consist of different duties such as administration and accounts.

Duties include:

  • General administrative duties in the accounts department - Inputting data for Purchase Ledger.
  • Invoicing and submitting expenses.
  • Gathering paperwork for payment run.
  • Reception cover - Taking telephone calls and redirecting them, dealing with any queries via telephone or email.
  • PA duties - Managing diaries, organising meeting and appointments, preparing & maintaining documents or records ensuring they are up to date and organised.
  • Inputting new clients onto their CRM system where needed and general administrative duties around their system.

The ideal candidate:

  • Educated to GCSE standard with minimum grades C or above in Maths & English
  • Be numerate
  • Enthusiastic and keen to get stuck in wherever needed
  • Confident communicator - excellent and friendly telephone manner
  • Ability to work off on own initiative
