Our Clients, a Wealth Management company who specialise in Financial Planning to HNW Clients require an experienced Paraplanner for offices in Surrey. They will shortly be amalgamating with their sister company in Leatherhead making up a team of approx. 20 personnel.. They are a small friendly team and would suit someone who is happy in a long-term role.

Ideally fully qualified and approx. 4 years plus experience. May consider a Technical Administrator with fewer qualifications.

The role is full time and is office based. May consider hybrid, Supporting 2 Financial Planners.

For the right person, they may consider authorising you so that you can answer client queries or participate in meetings.

Day to day tasks include writing recommendations, answering technical queries for other members of the team as well as clients (there is the potential to attend client meetings), maintaining templates and client/internal communications and any adhoc projects that arise.

The main back-office system used is Intelligent Office (IO).

Report writing, mainly from templates, there is a lot of freeform writing involved rather than choosing options.

Whilst the client will be looking at qualifications, salary will also be based on experience.

The ideal candidate would be someone with a strong technical background and report writing experience.
