Responsibilities as the Head Chef
- Overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistent high-quality food production, with a focus on perfecting steak dishes.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team to maintain a positive, efficient working environment.
- Creating and updating menus, specialising in steaks and seasonal dishes that align with the restaurant's concept.
- Maintaining strict health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations and best practices.
- Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maximise profitability without compromising quality.
