Responsibilities as a Sous Chef

  • Assisting the Head Chef in running day-to-day kitchen operations, maintaining the highest food quality standards.
  • Supporting and inspiring the kitchen team to deliver consistently excellent dishes.
  • Helping to create and update menus, focusing on seasonal and steak-led dishes.
  • Ensuring all health and safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
  • Managing stock levels, assisting with ordering and controlling costs to maintain profitability.
