Join Perennial, the UK's only charity dedicated to helping everyone who works in horticulture and their families. We are looking for a Digital Communications Manager to develop and deliver our digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission to improve the quality of life for those in horticulture.
Day-to-day of the role:- Develop and implement digital marketing plans that align with Perennial's mission and objectives.
- Manage integrated digital communications campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of digital campaigns and website traffic, producing regular reports for senior management.
- Manage the organisation's website, ensuring content is current, engaging, and compliant.
- Oversee social media platforms and email marketing campaigns, working closely with team members and external agencies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Experience in or a formal qualification in marketing or a similar discipline.
- Proven experience in digital campaign management with proficiency in CMS platforms, GA4, SEO tools, social media platforms, and email marketing platforms such as MailChimp.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and attention to detail.
- Experience in third sector marketing and fundraising is desirable.
- Competitive salary of c.£38,000 per annum.
