Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a client based in Leatherhead, who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
Working in a busy environment, this role will involve responsibility for order processing and handling customer queries.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Processing orders from customers in a timely manner
- Ensuring orders are processed and completed within agreed timeframes
- Responding to customer queries and resolving issues
- Liaising with internal departments
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Educated to minimum GCSE level (or equivalent) with Maths and English at grade C or above
- Previous experience in an office based customer service or administrative role
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office with the ability to learn new systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
This role is fully office based, Monday to Friday.
