What You’ll Be Doing: Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our customer operations, managing a mix of phone, email, and digital interactions. You’ll play a vital role in supporting customers with their accounts — from general queries to more technical processes — all while learning about the industry and developing key professional skills.

Customer Interaction: Handle inbound enquiries, helping customers with account updates, service queries, and online access support.

Admin Support: Process account changes, payments, product updates, and more — accuracy and attention to detail matter here.

Problem Solving: Use your initiative to investigate issues, dig into the details, and find clear, customer-friendly solutions.

Digital Know-How: Get hands-on experience with internal systems while helping users navigate our online platform.
