Job Description:

  • Reach out to private sellers sourced from classified listings and internal databases
  • Introduce and promote the company’s consignment service, clearly outlining its benefits
  • Handle complaints professionally and assess the suitability of potential leads
  • Schedule appraisal or consultation appointments with the in-house team
  • Accurately log all communications and activities in the CRM system
  • Follow up with interested parties and maintain consistent, professional communication
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment bookings

Person Specification:

  • Background in telesales, recruitment, or outbound customer engagement is an advantage
  • Confident and engaging telephone manner with strong interpersonal skills
  • Resilient mindset, comfortable with outbound calling and handling rejections
  • Highly motivated by targets, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Well-organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communicator both verbally and in writing
  • Dependable and adaptable, with availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
  • Basic proficiency with computer systems and CRM software
