About the Role - Operations & Events Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced General Manager to lead and support the operations of a dynamic and purpose-driven organisation within the medical sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our operational strategy, governance, and team culture.

You will be working closely with a small and dedicated team of 5, ensuring the smooth delivery of internal processes and external events.

This role is designed for 4 days a week, with flexibility to choose your working days.
